Precision Fit

The screen housing is 3D scanned and injection moulded to match the original dashboard trim piece exactly. This is not a generic aftermarket bracket - it's a precision-engineered replacement that fits flush with the existing interior panels.

ADR Compliance

This screen is engineered for Australian vehicle requirements and internally tested against applicable requirements of ADR 42/05 — General Safety Requirements, including passenger-display visibility, secure installation and occupant safety.

Every production unit is supplied with a driver-side viewing-angle privacy film to prevent the passenger display image from being visible from the normal driver seating position, as required by ADR 42/05 Clause 13.

The screen housing occupies the same dashboard envelope as the original factory trim piece, introducing no additional obstruction to the driver's forward field of view.

How the Pre-Order Process Works

Once we receive your order, it will be submitted to our manufacturing partner for production. The estimated production time is approximately 15-20 business days.

After production is complete, the display will be sent to BAOLAB by air freight, which generally takes an additional 3–5 business days.

When the product arrives, our team will inspect the finish, components and key functions of each unit to confirm that it is operating correctly before dispatch. Your display will then be delivered to you through Australia Post, which usually takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

The total estimated lead time is approximately 21–35 business days from the date of your order. Please note that this is an estimate, and occasional manufacturing, customs or freight delays may occur. We will keep you informed if there is any significant change to the expected delivery schedule.

Q: Will this void my warranty?
A: Not at all! This passenger screen is designed for plug-and-play installation, meaning no wires are cut and no permanent modifications are made to your Denza B8. It connects using the existing fuse box. Australian Consumer Law protects you from dealerships voiding your warranty solely based on the installation of a third-party accessory.

Q: Can the driver see the screen while driving?
A: Safety first! The Denza B8 Passenger Screen comes with a special anti-glare privacy film. This film is engineered for ADR compliance and significantly limits the viewing angle. While your passenger enjoys their display, it will be barely visible from the driver's seat, ensuring you stay focused on the road.

Q: Can I install YouTube and Netflix?
A: Yes. Full Android 13 with Google Play Store access.

Q: Does it play sound?
A: The screen itself doesn't have built-in speakers. This is by design to prevent distraction for the driver. You can easily connect Bluetooth headphones for private listening. This allows your passenger to enjoy their entertainment without interrupting your drive or conversation.

Q: What if I want to remove it? 
A: Simply disconnect the harness and remove the bracket. Can be reversed at any times.

Q: Does it turn on/off with the car? 
A: Yes! Our passenger screen synchronises with the car - when the car turns on, the screen turns on, vice versa. No need to press any buttons!

Q: Can I install it myself, or do I need a professional?
A: DIY installation is possible with basic tools (screwdriver, wrench, prying tool) and takes approximately 1-2 hours. The screen connects using the existing fuse box - no wire cutting or drilling required. A full installation guide and video are included. However, if you're not comfortable with car electronics, we recommend professional installation at any local auto shop.
