Shipping Policy

We aim to get your BAOLAB order to you as quickly as possible.

 

⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

 

🚚 Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfilment location:

  • Digital products — Delivered remotely. No physical shipping is required.

  • In-stock items — Dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse via Australia Post. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch for metropolitan areas.

  • Other pre-order items (excluding Denza B5 and B8 passenger screens) — Dispatched from our international warehouse in China via fast air freight. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days after dispatch for metropolitan areas.

Delivery to regional and remote areas may take slightly longer.

 

Denza B5 and B8 Passenger-Screen Pre-Orders

New orders only: The estimates below apply to B5 and B8 passenger-screen orders placed on or after 9:00 pm AEDT on 15 October 2026. Orders placed before this time retain the delivery estimate communicated when ordered. All delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Denza B5 and B8 passenger screens follow a separate production and inspection process. The standard 1–3 business-day processing estimate and the 6–12 business-day direct-from-China delivery estimate do not apply to these pre-orders.

The estimated total lead time is 27–41 business days from the date of your order, made up of these sequential stages:

  • Manufacturing: 15–20 business days.
  • Inbound freight and dispatch coordination: approximately 6–9 business days after production, including arranging shipment and air freight from the manufacturer to BAOLAB.
  • BAOLAB quality inspection: 3–5 business days after arrival, before onward dispatch.
  • Australia Post delivery from Melbourne: approximately 3–7 business days after BAOLAB dispatches your screen, depending on your location.

Inspection takes place after air freight and does not overlap with it. Regional and remote deliveries may take longer. Manufacturing, freight and customs delays can affect estimates. We will contact you if there is a significant change to the expected delivery schedule.

Shipping within Australia is free for these passenger screens. We will email your Australia Post tracking when BAOLAB dispatches your screen to you. Tracking is not provided for the inbound shipment from China to BAOLAB.

📦 Tracking

All physical orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping to New Zealand is available upon request for selected products.
