Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

🚚 Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfilment location:

• Digital products — Delivered remotely. No physical shipping is required.
• In-stock items — Dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse via Australia Post. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch for metropolitan areas.
• Pre-order items — Dispatched from our international warehouse in China via fast air freight. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days after dispatch for metropolitan areas.

Delivery to regional and remote areas may take slightly longer.

All physical orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
