Is baolab affiliated with Denza or BYD?
No. baolab is an independent aftermarket brand. Vehicle names are used only to describe compatibility.
Do you sell parts only, or offer installs?
Both. DIY items are shipped. Anything involving wiring or powered components is recommended as pro-install. Screen retrofits are offered as an install service once validated.
Will this affect warranty or compliance?
Some modifications can. We label each item by risk level (DIY / pro / retrofit service) and recommend reversible installs where possible. Installation should be performed by qualified professionals where required.
